USDA, Office of the Chief Information Officer

I worked as a contractor for the Office of the Chief Information Officer at the USDA. My task was to improve the user interface and experience for an internal Forest Service app. It's worth noting that the Forest Service is a subsidiary agency of the USDA. During this project, I gained knowledge about fascinating technologies used to establish connections with their internal databases.

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide any code or images related to the project as I was instructed to store all notes and information onsite. Nonetheless, it was an interesting experience.

Tech stack: Coding of UI/UX with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, BackBone.JS using RESTful web services with Spring to make AJAX calls (JSON data format).
